Our farm the warmth of antique furnishings stubi traditional and natural materials harmoniously blend with modernity and health services.
Located in Castello di Fiemme, gateway to the Dolomites (Unesco).
Surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape, surrounded by meadows, forests that resonate with sweet notes, rocks, streams and small ponds, surrounded by snowy peaks in winter, it seemed natural to create our farm in that intimate relationship between the nature and use of the same materials made available to us.
Thus was born the Maso Pertica: between a bio-climatic construction (wood) and the material (wood, stone, wool, linen, cotton).
Is a farm dedicated to goat and sheep breeding cattle with an area of 10 hectares, fodder lawn organically. The animals on the farm are: goats, sheep, goats "tingole" (local breed), lambs, Alpine grey cows, calves, horses, dogs, chickens and rabbits. You will have the opportunity to touch, take care of all animals, watch them milk or bud. We also have a small dairy, where in spring we produce our goat cheeses, as well as the garden where summer nature produces its fruit.
We have 7 rooms, each with different characteristics and name: cornflower, poppy, Pansy, Snowdrop, Crocus, Lilac and Forget-me-nots will breathe our Alpine feel immersed in the warmth of the pine wood of Val di Fiemme. All rooms are double, with the possibility of adding 3°, 4° bed and cot. All rooms have a bathroom, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, LCD TV and a balcony overlooking the mountains. Two rooms are also equipped with facilities for disabled friends.
At Maso Pertica everything is authentic: people, nature and the holiday ... here you won't find fake paths of adventure, but rub it jams on freshly baked bread, fresh eggs are served freshly plucked in the henhouse and fresh milk, with, in the background, birds chirping, the bleating of sheep, goats and cows mooing.
Such as breakfast pastries, jams, yoghurt and homemade sausages. No secrets in preparing our dishes: simplicity, made only of ingredients, and season of the territory. The recipes need someone that knows how to convey, but also someone who can enjoy them to the full.
After a day out from a pampered immensity of flavored water droplets between light and color ... or accommodated in warmer area of our nest, made of high quality, healthy and fragrant pine. If you want an energy boost, try the living water of Scottish shower and then get lulled by tub accompanied by a harmonious play of lights.
Our philosophy is to have to care about the environment, history and traditions. Surrounded by nature, we believe that the quality of our reception cannot be separated from the protection of the territory in which we live.
We understand that tourism is an activity of environmental impact, which is why we are committed to integrate the principles of sustainable development into the day-to-day practice management, trying to convey our commitment towards environmental issues also to our friends. We pay special attention to renewables, rainwater recovery, use of organic products, separate waste collection and the biomass boiler.
All this is better for the environment ... and for all of us!
