The road Apple territory includes the valleys and sunshine, two valleys between them, United by the gentleness of the landscape and the wealth of rivers, lakes and streams. In this corner of Trentino extends a large Orchard where fine varieties of apples are grown that recognition from 2003 bearing the D.O.P. Mela Val di Non in the varieties of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and Pippin Canada. Other typical products of the area are cheese and curd (Trentingrana DOP, Casolét of Val di Sole, Monteson and Nostrano del Emilia), meats and sausages (smoked Mortandèla of Val di Non), fruits and vegetables, honey and Apple Cider vinegar, fish (rainbow trout, brown trout and Arctic char).
