L'Anichino is an organic farm and agritourism in Maremma traditionally dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees, on top of the hills that border the Etruscan excavations of Roselle, with a breathtaking view down to the sea, from Castiglione della Pescaia to the Uccellina Park. Since 2014 the company has been recognized as an organic farm and produces not only extra virgin olive oil but also wildflower variety honey and vegetables, such as eggplant, zucchini, peppers ... The core of the farm is represented by a two-storey farmhouse, which has undergone a complete renovation in order to become an accommodation facility with four apartments for stays and holidays, completely independent of each other. In addition, a common area with a fully equipped kitchen has been set up on the ground floor, which is a real rural inn, where local organic products are used at km 0 to allow guests to taste typical dishes of the Maremma tradition. Around the farmhouse there are large green spaces with shady areas, from which to enjoy a landscape that sweeps down to the sea; immediately below the terrace of the Locanda an area equipped with an outdoor swimming pool and solarium has been created. In addition, there is a convenient car park, adjacent to the apartments. We remind you that the farm borders to the south with the archaeological park of Roselle and to the north-east with the state-owned area, consisting of about 3000 hectares of wooded land, interspersed with dirt roads closed to motor vehicles, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, ideal for walking, horseback riding or mountain biking. To provide a complete service to our guests, we have undertaken a collaboration with a cooperative for excursions in the area. The main feature of Anichino is the symbiosis between nature, silence, excellent food, attention to detail and, obvious consequence, 360° relaxation.
